Happy 2018! Im Not Holding back this year & either should you!  I’m obsessed about helping people heal & be in their best shape possible. I’ve been kinda MIA (missing in action) for the past 5 years. Ah, goal setting. Those things that when your off track remind you that you’re not doing everything you planned, visualized & told everyone about. At times goals can be challenging  to your body & mind especially when your breaking through a comfort zone. Having clear goals & an action plan will turn your dreams into your new reality.

Smart  goal setting will give you a plan for how you will accomplish your exercise goals & will keep you accountable. That doesn’t make it easy, trust me, but knowing that you can succeed at goal setting might be all the push you need to accomplish them.
